Terms of Service
Last updated: 25 June 2026
These terms govern your use of the DullDocs application, a product of EcoHedge Ltd. By creating an account or using DullDocs, you agree to these terms. If you are using DullDocs on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for it.
What DullDocs does
DullDocs helps regulated organisations organise, monitor, and prepare document evidence to stay inspection-ready. It surfaces what evidence is present, missing, expiring, or due for review, and sends reminders.
Not professional advice
DullDocs helps you organise and monitor document evidence. It does not replace professional compliance, safeguarding, fire-safety, or legal advice, and it does not certify compliance or guarantee any inspection outcome (for example, with Ofsted or the CQC). You remain responsible for meeting your regulatory obligations.
Your account
- You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access secure.
- You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- You must be at least 18 years old to hold an account.
Your content
You retain ownership of the documents and data you upload or import. You grant DullDocs the permissions needed to host and process that content solely to provide the service to you. You are responsible for having the right to upload the content and for handling any personal data within it in line with applicable law.
Third-party integrations
If you connect a third-party service such as Google Drive, you authorise DullDocs to access it on your behalf with the read-only permissions you grant. Your use of those services remains subject to their own terms. You can disconnect an integration at any time from Settings → Integrations. See our Privacy Policy for how connected data is used.
Fees
Paid plans are billed through Stripe on the cycle shown at checkout. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable for the current period. We will give reasonable notice of price changes.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service: no unlawful content, no attempts to breach security, no interference with other users, and no uploading of malware.
Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and our liability for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Termination
You may stop using DullDocs and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached. On termination you can request export or deletion of your data.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
